Lively celebrations for 50th anniversary of company
50 years of Marchhart – isn’t this a good reason to celebrate? Around 320 national and international guests appeared on Friday, 13th of September 2019, to congratulate and celebrate with us.
The perfect weather allowed enjoyment of a welcome drink under the open skies. Our three plants were open for visits to gain an insight into our production. Following the address by our managing director Johannes Marchhart other celebrities including Christian Illedits, member of the provincial government, Peter Nemeth, president of the Burgenland Chamber of Commerce, Manfred Gerger, 4th president of the Burgenland Federation of Austrian Industry, and Dieter Posch, the mayor of Neudörfl, all expressed their congratulations.
The delicious buffet was officially opened with a ceremonious cutting of the anniversary cake; the wine bar offered wines from both Neudörfl and our own production by Clemens Marchhart, accompanied by various types of beer from the hobby brewer Thomas Marchhart.
The swinging music by Tina Well launched then the actual party. The absolute highlight followed virtually instantly – the managing director Johannes Marchhart grabbed the sticks and let the drums really rock. His daughter Lisa accompanied him on the piano during a song – together they made the marquee really rock. The atmosphere was bombastic – our staff and guests celebrated and danced late into the night.
It was not until the early morning hours when the last guest left this fantastic party. An absolutely fabulous celebration of our 50-year anniversary.
